We stayed at Markree Castle for two nights either side of a wedding we were attending. We were lucky to get to stay the night before - they had a cancellation.
The castle is a magical as it looks, inside and out. It’s a beautiful space, perfect for a wedding but also perfect for a special break in Sligo.
Service was second to none. Food and drinks served to a high standard.
