About this house rental
We rent our family property in Touraine, house of the 17th, classified and completely renovated with all comfort in a park of 2 hectares on the edge of the village with a pool of 5m x 11m and a tennis court. The house is 450m2 approx. No vis-à-vis. All necessary nearby.
It is ideally located, near the Cher, to visit the castles and cellars of the Loire valley 20 minutes from Tours, Amboise, Chenonceau, ...
The rental is offered per week of rental.
Ground floor: kitchen, living room, dining room, children’s play room, cinema/TV room with video projector, office, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, separate toilet, billiard room (70m2 with billiard, table football and TV)
Upstairs: 5 bedrooms (4 with double beds and one with two single beds) including one with en-suite bathroom, two bathrooms, two toilets.
Cot and baby chair available.
Outside: swimming pool with poolhouse (toilet and shower), recent tennis court, playground with ping pong and gas plancha, springboard, bicycles (6 adults and 2 children) and a hen house with 4 chickens for fresh eggs!
The linen of the house is provided
The cleaning is done at the beginning and at the end of the rental, price €250.
A deposit of 1500€ will be requested when signing the contract.
Situation
Tours is 20 minutes from the village (cinemas, theatres, concerts)
Chenonceaux, Azay le rideau, Chaumont and its gardens, Rigny Ussé, Villandry, are less than half an hour away.
Many Brocantes pleasantly complete these visits, as well as walks on the Cher or by boat.
