This holiday home is made up on the ground floor of an entrance hall, a fitted kitchen, a lounge/living room. The floor is composed of three bedrooms (16x200 / 140x190 / 90x190) as well as a bathroom with wc. You enjoy outside a large enclosed garden facing south / east with terrace, garden furniture, parasol, barbecue and deckchairs. A small pond is present in the garden. In central Brittany, Radenac is a peaceful town located 15 km from Josselin, 15 km from Rohan and 25 km from Pontivy. Many activities are present within a radius of 30 km around the cottage such as visiting the Small City of Character that is Josselin, as well as its castle. Stroll through Rohan, a pretty little village nestled against a cliff and crossed by the Nantes to Brest Canal. Discover the architectural heritage of Pontivy with its castles, chapels, abbey, villages... Otherwise, you can challenge the adventurer in you with a tree climbing course located 25 km away. Near Josselin, family holiday home with large enclosed garden in the countryside.
