About this apartment rental
Come and stay in this charming country cottage apartment that overlooks the potager garden! The basement apartment is completely separate from the rest of the house with a private entrance and your own patio with outdoor dining and barbecue. Watch a variety of wildlife visit the garden right out your window! Your kids will enjoy our complimentary 200ft zip line & 80ft rope swing. The property, while in the country, is conveniently located minutes from restaurants, Silverwood Theme Park, Hayden Lake and Honeysuckle Beach. There are also 4 ski resorts nearby!
You'll find games, books and toys for the kids in the apartment. The cottage apartment is in a walk out basement of the house so you will hear walking around from upstairs and some plumbing. The apartment is newly remodeled and extra insulation was included to make your stay as quiet as possible. A family of six lives above the apartment. The kitchen has a microwave, oven and stove top, cookie sheet, muffin tin, mixing bowls, measuring cups ect. Oven fits a large 14" pizza. The washer and dryer can be used but detergent is not provided. The Roku TV is capable of logging into your streaming services. The road is a quiet country road that makes for a great walk. There is a lot of wildlife nearby. If you stroll down the road to the top of the hill and look north in the morning you may just see the local elk herd grazing in the meadow.

Awesome spot! Very private feel and super cute and clean! Scott was quick to answer my questions and went above and beyond making sure my familyand I were comfortable and well taken care of. We would definitely come back again!

Overall it was fine. Def had issues. The hidabed mattress protector was covered in urine spots. So we had to wash it. The fridge even though it was working it wasn’t super cold. So we had to use our cooler there were dust bunnies everywhere! So we had to clean.
