About this villa rental
Large independent house surrounded by vineyards and views over the beautiful Tuscan countryside. The perfect location to feel completely private and secluded while still within easy each of the coast, your day-to-day necessities and a wealth of places to visit. This is a very spacious property for 12 people spread over three floors offering six bedrooms each with their own private bathroom, a gym and sauna, a snooker table, free wifi internet and several living areas with comfortable seating. Possibility to have a sofa bed for one or two children in one of the bedrooms (supplement applicable). Externally you will find a large garden with a terrace for al fresco dining, a barbecue and three pools (a children's pool, a jacuzzi pool and a larger pool with waterfall feature). Space for parking within the grounds of the property. Just 16km from Grosseto and the regional park of Uccellina, 22km from the coast and 47km from Argentario, this property is ideal for exploring the wonderful Maremma area.

Cookery classes available for groups of at least 7 people.
There are three pools:
1) Small jacuzzi (not heated) 2.8m x 3.75m, depth 1m
2) Small children's pool 4.9m x 3.75m, depth 0.7m

Please note the pool area is not fenced so children must be supervised at all times.
