Enjoy a relaxing holiday in this charming studio apartment on the Pelješac Peninsula in Southern Dalmatia, just a few metres from the sea. The 23 m² apartment is ideal for 2 adults and a maximum of 1 child up to 15 years old and offers a cosy atmosphere for restful holiday days on the Adriatic coast.
The equipment includes a comfortable double bed and a single bed, which is optimally suitable for a child. The small, functional kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, refrigerator, sink and coffee machine. A dining table for 3 persons and a seating area provide additional living comfort. Sat-TV, air conditioning and a safe are also available.
A special highlight is the large 18 m² south-facing balcony with sea view, equipped with a table and chairs - perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. A free parking space directly at the house is available.
The apartment is located in a quiet, green environment, with the gravel beach only approx. 100 m away. Restaurants, cafés and shopping opportunities can be reached within a few minutes, the town centre is located approximately 4.5 km away.
The Pelješac region offers numerous leisure activities such as swimming, snorkelling, diving, sailing, windsurfing, boat trips, kayaking, cycling tours, and wine and olive tastings. Walks along the coast and relaxed beach days are also ideal here.
Included in the price are bed linen, towels, electricity, water, WiFi and kitchen towels. The use of air conditioning and the communal washing machine is possible for a fee. Additionally, a deposit must be left, which will be fully refunded upon departure.
