Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom is appointed with a french bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, a private shower and WC, and a satellite TV. A separate WC is also available on this level for added convenience. The fully equipped open kitchen on the ground floor completes the living space.

On the upper floor, the first of the remaining 3 bedrooms features both a sofabed measuring 90 cm by 200 cm and a french bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, a private shower and WC, a satellite TV, and direct access to the balcony.
