Cosy and comfortable lounge with central heating and an electric fire. Large dining table and open plan to the kitchen.. Kitchen well equipped with stove, oven and microwave. Had everything you'd need for a short break. Double room at the back, past the shower room/toilet. Room very bright and blcony would be nice in summer. Handy for walking along the seafront
Bed wasn't to my preference but my wife was happy with it - you can't please everyone! The flat is a reasonable distance out of town centre and is at the top of a fairly steep hill so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. Otherwise great.

Great location, great views. Nice spacious flat with all equipment needed. Good shower.
Comfortable and homely. Would use again.
The key box was at a fiddly angle which made it difficult for me to get keys in and out (maybe because I do have some arthritis in fingers)
There was quite a continuous humming/buzzing noise at night which could be heard louder in bedroom. Not sure if water system, a dehumidifier or from flat 3?? However, once asleep it was OK but did take a while to mod off.

The flat was very spacious & very clean & had everything we needed. Great location. Short walk to the shops, restaurants, train station & beach. It was extremely quiet in the flat.
The bed was too hard & uncomfortable for us. The sofa was incredibly uncomfortable. Instructions for the tv would have been useful. The windows needed cleaning. Paint work needs touching up in the lounge & there is black mould in the bathroom with a musty smell.
