The garden and grounds are like no other. Simply beautiful and spacious. Host was fantastic and contactable whenever needed, aircon was brilliant and all the facilities you could need. I would not hesitate to book again, everything about the area and things to do nearby is also great.
For the benefit of those booking (as we would have liked to have known beforehand), If using more than 3 bedrooms, be aware that the 3 bedrooms on the first floor are stunning, yet the 3 in the basement are more basic and could do with some investment to make them feel more luxury. We had all paid the same amount to rent this villa yet some of our family had to stay in the basement rooms which were a complete different standard to the ones on the first floor so it’s difficult to grade the rooms into one category.
Also, neighbours to the left started parking their car in our space and claiming it as their own. They stated they had an agreement with the owner but this does not appear to be true. Just an FYI as we had a bit of an awkward run in with them (Not a polite family shall we say but only appeared at weekends and didn’t cause a bother).

Beautiful location with space for a family of 10 or more. Gorgeous garden area looking out to sea. Close to bus stops for easy access to other areas.

Die Lage der Villa ist super gelegen. Man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss am Meer, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und auch ein kleiner Laden ist ums Eck.
Draussen kann man sich gut verweilen, man hat genügen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Der Pool ist auch super, ist Salzwasser mit Chlor und wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes gereinigt.
Man hatte sogar eine Katze welche immer wieder kam, wie zu Hause.
Man ist für sich und hat fast (wenn man die Kameras draussen ausblendet) für sich.
Als wir reklamiert aben wurde die Villa nochmals gereinigt.
Die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Küche war schmutzig und die Fronten klebrig. Es hat für uns den anschein gemacht es ist noch nicht bereit für die Saison. Beim Eingang lag noch ein kleiner Abfallsack und unterm Grill draussen war der Abfall vom Vorgänger.
Was man vielleicht auch wissen muss ist dass im oberen Stock 3 Zimmer vorhanden sind und weitere 3 im Keller.
Wenn man nur 3 Zimmer braucht ist es super ansonsten würde ich eine andere Unterkunft bevorzugen.
