L'emplacement, le calme, la proximité des transports en commun ( le T6 passe juste en bas de la rue ), plusieurs restaurants disponibles dans les rues autour du bâtiment, le garage box fermé à clef. Équipements multimédias, connexion.
La poubelle dans la cuisine devrait être plus grande ! Il manque une petite poubelle dans la salle de bain.

Emplacement parfait, tous commerces en bas de l immeuble, le métro à 2 mn à pied. Très calme la nuit. Une bonne literie, même pour les canapés convertibles.
L ascenseur en panne. Mais le logement est au premier étage donc gérable. Le plus gros soucis est le stationnement. Donc je recommande vivement de prendre le parking proposé en supplément, si vous avez une voiture relativement petite, car la place de parking n est pas adaptée aux gros véhicules.

Location was good, close to the metro station
It was very cold for November - only a small heater for the entire apartment. Was almost the same temperature as outside. Also the towels were not clean (I found hair on them).
