Lokalizacja, czystość, wygodne łóżka.
Mało naczyń w kuchni. Brak bocznych świateł - lampek w salonie i małej sypialni. Mało półek w szafach. Przydałby się również dywan i stolik kawowy.

Dobra lokalizacja, dwa balkony z roślinami i bujawka na balkonie. Sprawny check-in. Mini deska do prasowania i żelazko. Zestaw mini kosmetyków pod prysznic w łazience.
Równo 4 talerze, 4 łyżki, 4 widelce, 4 szklanki, 4 talerze i 4 miski. Raz użyte, włożone do (pustej) zmywarki= zostajesz bez sztućców i naczyń. Jedna kosteczka do zmywarki. Bez sensu kupować całe opakowanie, więc i tak zmywasz ręcznie. Brak proszku do prania, choć jest pralka. Musieliśmy kupić całą butlę płynu do prania na jedno pranie. Rozkładana sofa w salonie średnio wygodna (po środku rów i spadek). W apartamencie jest trochę głośno, bo na dole jest punkt dostaw do pobliskiej drogerii.

Przyjemne, czyste wnętrza, bezpieczne wejście do budynku. Jasne określone zasady.
Apartament nr 1 ma balkony i okna skierowane na wyższe sąsiadujące z nim budynki. W związku z tym mało światła słonecznego dociera do wnętrza ale to drobnostka.
