The house is spacious and very comfortable. It is located in a quiet area with a large garden with olive trees and lemon trees. Very private and quiet while close to the center of Zoumberi. Well equipped with new and excellent quality appliances. Close to the shopping area on marathon avenue.
You need a car to reach the swimming beaches.

The size of the property is very good with mostly large rooms.
Kitchen was well equipped.
It seemed very secure with electric shutters.
Location is great it's a short walk to the beach and shops in one direction and then to the main road in the other direction where there are larger supermarkets and you can catch a bus to travel around
The second bedroom was quite small.
And you cannot use the garden, but it looked pretty with lots of trees and flowers.
