Hosts are very reachable and helpful at all times.
Lovely decorated rooms and very clean. Hot tub is absolutely huge! Pretty much everything provided in the kitchen! Managed to cook a delicious Christmas dinner and homemade trifle and had all utensils and supplies (bowls, dishes, prongs, mixing bowls etc) needed for it all. Love the vast variety of hot beverages that is provided!
Not so keen on the washing lines in the conservatory to be used for drying clothes during the winter months. It may be useful in the summer, but it was so cold in there and a lot of moisture that the clothes didn’t dry. Perhaps providing a 3 tier clothes airer could be helpful to have washing dry in front of a radiator in the warm house. There is a tumble dryer but some items I prefer to dry naturally due to materials.
