The house was like a piece of paradise with its stunning views, perfect location and beautiful interior. The shallow parts of the pool were perfect for the younger kids and supervising adults. We also spent more than one evening enjoying the sunset on the lounge by the upstairs room. It was a quiet neighborhood that was still close to the shops and beach. The nearby historical centers of Altea, Alicante and Vila Yoiosa were picturesque and came alive at night. We would definitely recommend this home for a family holiday.
During our stay we had some bad luck with household appliances breaking down. The ice cube machine never worked (at 38C no luxury), the freezer didn’t freeze our ice cream properly (it went very soft), the dishwasher showed an error and didn’t work anymore for about half of our stay, the parasol was torn and taped up but tore further during a windy evening and finally the AC in one bedroom and part of the livingroom did not cool like the others.
While we understand that not everything can be fixed straight away, we were disappointed with the lack of communication and the problem solving process that started slowly and was inefficient. One of the two people who came over to fix the dishwasher and freezer was a friend of the owners who just walked onto the property without ringing the doorbell. He was friendly but we were quite startled by the stranger showing up at the house. The communication was difficult because we had no languages in common and frankly, he just turned the fuse off and on. This did not fix the issue which resulted in us manually washing the dishes of ten people for five days in a very warm kitchen. That is not ok for a home in this price category.

Wow! This villa is extraordinary! We had high expectations from the photos but were blown away when we arrived. The views were….. incredible, and they are incredible from every part of the property. The house is immaculate and the outdoor areas are absolutely fantastic. We cannot believe how lucky we were to have the possibility to stay here. The home is very luxurious but still has a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, pure comfort and serenity, with a lot of privacy which we really needed.
The team that manages this property was extremely professional, very welcoming, and always answered any questions prior and during our stay with punctuality and kindness.
Impressive home, host, and overall holiday. We will, with all our hopes, come back soon!
