Brilliant host, lovely shared bathroom. The whole house has been finished to a modern standard. Very comfortable place to stay.

Host was very hospital and always available, excellent continental breakfast, very clean and cozy room. We had free bottle of water. Since I had to leave very early in the morning, the host prepared to me a breakfast to go, which was very nice.

We had an amazing stay at Roberto's place! The house was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location is perfect—quiet yet just a 20 minute walk from the station. Roberto was an outstanding host, always on hand and the breakfast included was outstanding. His dog, a sweet chow chow named Lorenzo was an additional bonus! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy home base! Easily a 12/10. We will be back indefinitely. Thank you for being such an amazing host! Also, thanks for the cake! Best Victorian sponge I’ve had ever! See you soon :)

What can I say more than having met the perfect hosts. Roberto is very attentive to the needs of the guests and an excellent warm welcome. Was able to park just in front of the house and was easy to find.
