Brandon was an extremely accommodating host that was always ready to answer any questions I had. The area was very quiet, safe, and super nice to have pets with a patch of grass right outside the townhome. Location wise it was also great, about a 5 minute drive to Costco, Trader Joes, and a couple of other grocery stores. The inside was clean and set up to use the washer and dryer, both of which worked great, with a nicely stocked kitchen and dishes to use as well. Definitely won't be any hesitation if we're ever in need to stay in the Sacramento area again, even without the pets.

We have been staying there one week at time and very touched with Brandon's hospitallity and concerned for guest. Highly recommend if you are in this area to sty. I have never seen such welcoming host with such a caring attitude. God bless you.

The property is exemplary. Every space was well equipped and appointed, especially the kitchen. The patio was nice for quiet evening cocktails and morning coffee. Solid internet and workstations for remote work and the garage was nice a touch on hot days.

This property is top notch. It exceeded expectations, from the spacious layout to the included 2 car garage, to the many thoughtful amenities, like toiletries and cooking supplies. Location is central to grocery, shopping, and restaurants in Elk Grove, and it's an easy drive to Sacramento. Brandon is a very proactive host, he contacted me prior to arrival to inquire about any special needs. He checked in periodically during our stay, and was easy to reach by text. Would definitely stay again on a future trip.
