- The private dock is a floating pier that rocks when walked on; please be aware of this rocking motion before accessing the dock
- The fireplace is decorative only and not available for guest use
- Your safety matters. This property features 1 exterior security camera located on the front door, facing outward toward the exterior entryway. It does not look into any interior spaces. The camera records video and sound when activated by motion

quaint townhouse but needs some TLC. Housekeeping could do a better job, all things considered a great place to stay.

A house on the water, with lots of nature around. Welcoming and nice neighbors. The house has everything for a stay.We had two wonderful days at home, we really loved the area and the treats that were waiting for us on the table.

Hand towel n master bath had been used
Linens did not seem to b fresh
Ceiling n kitchen under repair
Stove nasty
Not very well stocked
Could not get television to work
Just needs major updating
