Appreciated the cleanliness and convenient location of this condo. Communication with the property manager was excellent and timely and we had no issues. Was great for our couples getaway.

The condo was great - no complaints here! The complex is tucked away in the trees and much quieter than most places in Branson (especially those along the strip). It’s also very close to the Rec Plex - which was handy for killing time between tournament games. The room itself was clean, quiet, and well kept. Would definitely stay here again.

This place looked perfect for my husband and I for our short 4 night vacation to Branson when I was booking everything. Having access to a pool, jetted tub, and full kitchen were the main points of research when I was looking at options.
The pool access was good, but the pool is in direct sun for most of the day and is small enough that if a family is also there and active it can make relaxing pretty difficult. The jetted tub was great! Absolutely no complaints there at all. The full kitchen was exactly what my husband and I wanted to have access to. In addition to standard full size appliances there was also a coffee maker, toaster and blender among other things. When you're considering this place and what it'll have in the kitchen think one of every basic item (i.e. baking sheet, muffin tin, measuring cup, knife block etc). No foil, cooking spray, oil or seasoning besides black pepper.
Our complaints are minor in the grand scheme of things, but did sway our opinion towards neutral/will look elsewhere when going to Branson again. One of the towel rods broke off the second I removed a towel from it the first night. It was obvious from the multiple previous patch jobs behind the rod that this had happened before. I emailed the "guest contact" person and never received a reply during our stay to confirm receipt of the message. The beds were cheap uncomfortable mattresses. I have some chronic back pain which is usually ok with a few nights on a hotel bed, but this bed was awful. Spring loaded and squeaky all around which makes getting up without disturbing your partner impossible. Our biggest and most frustrating complaint was the AC. The thermostat never once read below 72°F in the 5 days we were there when outside it was in the 90s and mostly read 74-76°F. The thermostat would allow us to turn down the set temperature, but would reset itself to 70 after 2-4 hours. It was incredibly frustrating especially after spending a full day in the sun at Silver Dollar City. Did the AC function? Yes. Was the temperature still tolerable? Yes. Our issue was the inability to regulate the temperature ourselves and the lack of air movement. If you generally live with your house on the warmer side this probably wouldn't bother you, but I still highly recommend you take a big fan or two just to have some air motion. No ceiling fans in this place.
Overall, 3/5 would look somewhere else in the future. Not horrible, but could have been much better.
