We had a wonderful 3 months in Lawton Woods within the Sea Pines area on Hilton Head Island. The home is located on a quiet neighborhood that is within easy walking distance of both the Nature Preserve and the Beach. It is right on the bike path which means we could easily bike all over Sea Pines and across the island as well.
The bedrooms are comfortable, the kitchen among the best appointed for a long-term rental with pans, crockpot, cooking equipment, etc, nice showers in both bathrooms with plenty of water pressure and the great room is pleasant to sit in and watch tv. There is also a nice patio and a gas grill which we enjoyed. The laundry room is also well equipped. And the birds are plentiful and sing beautifully.
The host is responsive and helpful. We would come back any time.

Very nice cottage with comfortable furnishings, 2 full baths ( with awesome water pressure!) Appreciated having a few games to try out and tvs in living area and both bathrooms. Meagan our property manager was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions. We had a few minor glitches with the thermostat when we arrived that was resolved promptly.
Great place to stay, close to shopping centers and the beach (#44) access was easy. Loved the island !

Loved this place, great location, easy walk to beach and bike paths, very comfortable, clean and like that it was all one level. Quiet and private, especially since it was on corner lot. Felt very comfortable in the space. We've stayed in Sea Pines for years and would recommend this cottage for anyone needing 2BR. We also enjoyed playing cornhole, that was an unexpected treat. We hope to stay here again.
