Great vacation home with more than enough room for a family of four. Completely private including attached garage for security and convenience. Perfect location right off Main St in Frisco with ample dining and shopping options.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo overall. It was clean and as described. The pool at the complex was closed which was a bummer for our 7 year old and part of the reason we booked this condo. Additionally there were not games in the house (listed in the description of the house), they could have been elsewhere at the complex but they were not in the condo if you expect them. It’s close to Main Street and convenient for walking/shopping/eating.

This our second stay and we absolutely loved it! The views are fantastic and pictures don't do it justice - we loved morning coffee on the top floor looking at the lake and meals overlooking the mountains. The location is great - just off main street and having a garage is such a nice treat.
Perfect for multi-family stays as there are so many beds and bathrooms along with everything you could need in the well stocked kitchen. We will absolutely be back!!

For the most part, our stay went smoothly and we enjoyed it. The property was spacious and accommodated well. Entry codes were clear and worked easily enough. There were, however, multiple issues with the kitchen. Many rentals in this category are geared toward large groups of young people who will probably be eating out most (and maybe even all) of the time. But this listing – which by most standards isn't cheap – specifically mentions a "fully equipped" kitchen. In turn, we deliberately filtered out less-equipped kitchens because we were an older group staying for an extended period; we did have choices, and shopped with purpose. Unfortunately, what we found at this property was quite disappointing. There were only a couple teaspoons, literally (and I'm not referring to measuring spoons, but the normal sort of spoon used for cereal and the like). All cutlery knives were dull to the point of being unusable for many if not most normal purposes. The oven door didn't fully close, which understandably affected its use; its lower panel also fell off and onto the floor. The advertised outdoor grill would not ignite. Perhaps the biggest disappointment involved the Keurig machine – or rather the lack of one. We specifically asked if one was on hand, the answer to which was a definitive "yes". On this information, we arrived (from well out of town, mind you) with a costly 80-pack box of K-cups...only to find there was not, in fact, a Keurig machine. When we informed the management company, there was no apology, rather a glib "It should be somewhere in the kitchen" – as though we'd not have checked the kitchen before messaging the management. When we replied that there wasn't one, there was no effort to deliver one. In fact, there was no response at all – only crickets. This contrasts with the message from the management company: “You can relax knowing that our properties will always be ready for you and that we’ll answer the phone 24/7. Even better, if anything is off about your stay, we’ll make it right.” PROS: – Furnishings were plentiful and in good condition.– The heat was reliable and easy to adjust.– Water pressure was good and hot water ample.– Wifi wasn’t the fastest but very reliable.– Views all around were superb; in this regard, this is probably one of the best properties in the area. Overall, this was a well built and well appointed property whose potential was greatly undermined by evident inattention to basic maintenance.
