We spent Thanksgiving here and had a great time. The kitchen was well equipped. there were lots of games and puzzles to do and the location was beautiful.

This home in Hot Springs Village AR was absolutely amazing! 5-star or 10/10 all the way! When my wife and I first walked in late that night, we both thought “wow!” what a place. When we awoke the next morning and saw it with daylight shinning through the windows, it was even more spectacular. Eventually, our kids and grandkids arrived bring our total count to 8 adults and 4 children overall. There was plenty of room for hanging out and spending time together, cooking and eating, and sleeping! This home was the BEST equipped & stocked of all we’ve ever rented. Very clean & wonderful décor. We cooked for every meal and had everything we needed! Lots of personal touches throughout the home! Bathrooms had plenty of towels, washcloths, soaps, and more. The open Kitchen/Den was amazing and WELL STOCKED!! Pots/pans/baking/kitchen equipment, eating utensils (plates, cups, mugs, …), appliances, and plenty of supplies including a drawer full of spices, and more! Plenty of places to sit for eating with 8 stools along a large countertop surrounding the entire kitchen plus 2 other tables with chairs. The kitchen and den area are very open, and we spent most of our time in this area when we weren’t outdoors. Games for all ages in the storage cabinet. Tons of storage everywhere! Huge pantry. The MBR/bath were great; walk-in closet. The other bedrooms were great too. One BR downstairs is like another MBR with a huge den included! We found a bonus of another single bed with trundle in the “office” room. The washer & dryer were handy. The 2-car garage was large enough to fit a minivan and an SUV, and the driveway another minivan and SUV.
We spent a lot of time on the outdoor decks on the front and rear of the home! We watched the eclipse on the front deck since we could move into and out of shaded areas. The firepit in the backyard was awesome for roasting marshmallows and eating smores.
We went to Lake Balboa for grandkids to play on playground. We hiked around the home either walking along the streets or venturing into the woods. The wooded area around the property made it feel like we were camping but with all the luxuries of a home.
Customer service and contact/communication was great. Minor TV issue resolved within 15 minutes of texting property manager.
This home is beautiful, clean, well-stocked, very roomy, functional, comfortable, and peaceful. We would pick this home again given the chance and highly recommend it to anyone staying in the Hot Springs area.
