Perfect Spring Break vacation experience. The accommodations were stellar, providing a well equipped home that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The short walk to the beach was convenient, especially with the availability of beach toys to enhance our experience.
While there was a minor issue with the wagon needing replacement, and being difficult to push due to a broken wheel, the property manager was quick to respond and handle any needs that arose. The prompt attention to maintenance issues ensured that our stay remained hustle, free and enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful time and we’re well taken care of during our spring break getaway!

The owners of these home did such a good job providing the things you really need while on vacation.
Such details. I appreciated that.
The master bed was super comfortable and very nice.
Not a five star only because of a few things.
1) You could tell they allow pets. Previous pets had damaged the door frames, blinds and there was pet hair in/on couches, decor pillows, ceiling fans, floors and on the door hinges. I am very allergic and the hair was so noticeable every were. I woke up with swollen eyes day one. The scratches on door frames were pretty bad too.
If you travel with pets this is a good place to stay. I wont book a place that allows pet again.
2) The furniture was very cheap. Couches worn out, dressers very cheap hotel and kitchen table and chair were very very cheap. Every thing showed wear even the paint on the walls.
3) We arrived right at 4pm and the grass was very high. While we un packed with four littles(kids) under 5 in fenced in yard and ready to get out of the cars, the lawn mowers showed up. loud intrusive and then the blowers blowing grass every were.
4) Mosquitos were so bad, I see why the owner provided repellant but I think that's because there is a un maintained vacant lot next to this house with high grass.
The management was good and very prompt pre arrival with their texts. But I text the day of departure and have still never heard from them.
I think the cleaning fee is very high for what we got.
As we appreciate the owners over and above accommodation's, the management needs to give more attention to the details of this family rental.
