Well stocked kitchen easy to get around, everything worked perfect perfectly ample sleeping space, washer, dryer, and unit couldn’t really ask for more was there for the marathon

This was a very nicely updated property in a super convenient location, especially if you're looking to enjoy downtown Indy. It was great for our family - nice bedroom downstairs and plenty of beds upstairs for the kids. The stairs are narrow, so keep that in mind if you're planning for someone who struggles with stairs to stay in the upstairs rooms. It was nice to be able to park in the back of the property (parking accessible from the alley) vs. relying on roadside parking. The house was incredibly clean and very comfortable, and fully furnished with all the amenities plus some nice touches (e.g. water bottles, some snacks, shampoo/conditioner in the showers, etc...). We would definitely stay here again!

This property is the perfect choice for downtown events. The house was clean, comfortable and well-stocked with amenities. The downstairs bedroom was HUGE, which was great for our luggage. The upstairs was a great place for the kids to hang out. Will definitely book again

This home is older but nicely remodeled. For some guys attending Gencon, it was great. Could sleep up to 9 people but 6 comfortably. A/C worked great. Everything was nice and comfortable. Included towels, hand towels, paper towels, tp, hand soaps, trash bags.
Funiture was space appropriate. Tv was nice. WIFI was great. Beds were fine.
I would stay again.
