This home had just what we needed. A nice dock which was perfect for a bottle of wine in the evening. A wonderful, large screened in porch on the back for lounging. Fully stocked kitchen. Comfortable furniture and beds.
We spent most of our time floating on tubes at the end of the dock and relaxing on the back porch. My wife and I absolutely loved it. This is a home we would definitely rent again!
Another reviewer mentioned the Clark's Inn and The Lake House for dining. We tried them both and they were fantastic.

The cabin was lovely, very comfortable and relaxing, situated perfectly on a lake. Everything you might need was provided and David was very helpful!
We have never stayed on a lake before, (sunsets were stunning), now we’re thinking we need to live on one!!

Everything was perfect. We obtained the key as instructed, entered the house to find a well appointed little retreat. The photos provided matched the house perfectly. The screened in porch was our favorite spot. The sunsets were magnificent and gave us plenty of opportunity for photos. The outdoor shower received raved reviews from those who used it. The beds were comfortable and the ceiling fans were appreciated.
While staying there, we visited Carolina King and rented a pontoon boat for an afternoon of enjoyment on the lake. The weather was perfect.
We dined at Clarksburg Inn and The Lake House. Both establishments had nice menus, good service and great food at affordable prices.
We bought groceries at the IGA. This store is well stocked and the people who work there are very friendly and helpful.
We also had ice cream at the Ice Cream Bar. They carry baked goods as well as Hershey’s ice cream. The staff is very friendly. Lots of flavors making a choice very difficult.
