The left side of the property is the highest and is usually dry for walking to the river. Most of the time the area is dry depending on rainfall - NOTE: Fly fishing is permitted in the river behind the home and the nearby lake with a North Carolina fishing license and a Linville Land Harbor POA license. No one is permitted to be in the river without a license; if you would like to swim or play in the water that is permitted at the bridges and lake. The POA will sometimes stop selling licenses due to high temperatures and fluctuating water levels
