We cannot recommend this property enough! We LOVE IT! Not only is it a great fit for our large family, but it is also so roomy and has wonderful amenities. We love the hot tub for relaxing, the gym for all sorts of fun activities, even when the weather is bad. We enjoy being able to watch movies or play games together. The kitchen is well equipped. The rooms are large spacious. There are many outdoor activities nearby, we enjoy hiking at Round Lake and going into to Sandpoint for coffee and shopping. We've stayed here 4 years in a row and are hoping to come back again next year.
I would also mention that the property manager is excellent! He is quick to respond to our texts and is always kind and helpful.
Needless to say, it is our favorite place to stay in the area.

We were a group of 16 sibling seniors. The house was perfect for us. The space was ideal, bed and bathrooms perfect. The bathroom with the walk in tub/shower was perfect, as we had one attendee in a walker.
The choice of activities was endless.
Seth was extremely helpful with communication and quick to respond. Highly recommend.

Our family feels like they're at home when we stay here. The beds are comfortable, the layout is perfect. We have so much space for our large family we can be together and really enjoy one another. We loved having access to the gym and the hot tub is always a hit. This was the third time we have stayed here and plan to use it again!

The house fit our family’s needs perfectly! We are a big family and we enjoyed having enough room to have our own space when needed! The kids enjoyed the movie room and the large outside area to run around in! There is plenty of room on main floor for meals when the family gathers. Lots of water toys! The only drawback is getting to the water. Walking across the street is a little worrying with kids but after a day there you notice that it’s not a well traveled road.
