Fantastic location and warm welcoming staff. We had a wonderful view of the palace entrance, which was only a 30 second walk away. Everything you would typically want in a room was already there without having to ask the staff. Beds were comfortable, including the pull-out couch. Plenty of coffee in the room.

We fell in love with this charming hotel and the lovely staff that worked there! They made every effort to make us comfortable and welcomed. The location is amazing. Yes there were light bulbs out and the air conditioning was broken but we survived it and slept with the windows open, laughing at the early morning noise. The charm of the hotel won us over completely.
You do need to know to park at the Palais des Papes parking lot and travel light as you have to drag your luggage across the cobble stones. There is a classic old European elevator. Travel light.
The servers at the restaurant downstairs, however, were rude. Everyone else was delightful! I’d go back again!
