🌍 As a Dutch author and writer of four books about Sagliano Micca, Valdilana, Rosazza and Quaregna Ceretto, my family and I have had the opportunity to travel extensively throughout Europe. Together with my wife and our daughter, who is currently a university student, we live in the beautiful province of Biella in Northern Italy 🇮🇹 In the past, we were also the owners of four successful AirBnB apartments in Batumi, Georgia 🇬🇪, where we consistently received ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ five-star reviews. Because of this experience, I believe we are well qualified to recognize truly exceptional hospitality and accommodation. This was not our first visit to Ladispoli, but it was our first stay in David’s apartment — and I can honestly say that this accommodation deserves a very strong recommendation. 🏡✨ First of all, David is an exceptionally kind, professional and helpful host who genuinely cares about his guests. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, relaxed and completely comfortable. The apartment itself is beautiful, spotless, well maintained and truly worthy of a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ five-star rating. 🚆 One of the greatest advantages of this accommodation is its excellent location. The apartment is within walking distance of the Ladispoli train station, which makes traveling extremely easy. 🇮🇹 Rome can be reached in approximately 20 minutes by train, and the ticket costs only around €3 per adult. Compared to staying directly in Rome — where tourist taxes can easily reach €10 per person 💶 — Ladispoli offers a far more affordable, peaceful and relaxed alternative while still providing excellent access to the Eternal City. Originally, we had reserved the apartment for only three days, but because our daughter had university exams in Rome 🎓, we decided to extend our stay to eight days.
