Agence Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this beautiful 50 m² apartment in La Forêt-Fouesnant, less than 300m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, one bedrooms and a bathroom.
The apartment is composed as follows:
Ground floor:
- A living room of 25 m² with TV, extra bed in bench and a dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, oven, toaster, hotplates, coffee machine (Senseo)...
- Bedroom with double bed (140×190) and open-plan double dressing room
- Bathroom with shower and washbasin
- Separate WC
Mezzanine:
- A sleeping area with two single beds that can be superimposed with storage furniture.
Exterior :
- A furnished, south-facing balcony (3m×1.5m) to enjoy the fine weather.
The apartment is ideally located in La Forêt-Fouesnant, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
Activities:
- Sailing (FFV school, sailboat and motorboat rentals)
- Cycling, golf, hiking
- Boat trip to the Glénan Islands
- Visit the walled city of Concarneau, Quimper and its cathedral, etc.
- Stroll around the nearby port in a pedestrian zone
- Access to coastal paths is direct from the beach or the port.
- Festival Interceltique de Lorient, festival des filets bleus de Concarneau, semaines musicales de Quimper...
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot.

- Nearest train station: Gara SNCF Quimper 16.3 km (approx. 22 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Aéroport Quimper Bretagne 25.5 km (approx. 29 minutes by car)

Bananec It’s a cozy place with a separate bedroom, a mezzanine with a single bed, bathroom, separate toilet, a small kitchen combined with a living area big enough for four. A large sofa bed is in the living area. It is located in a quiet apartment complex and is only a one-minute walk to the harbor, two minutes to the beach. Also comes with one parking spot that can be locked. Management is very nice and welcoming.
