Five-minute walk from the sea, located in the splendid private area of Capo d'Arco, Elba Island, on the coast between Rio Marina and Porto Azzurro. Three-rooms apartment for 4-5 people. Independent access. It consists of a double bedroom with two large windows that open onto the pine forest, bedroom with bunk bed, living area with kitchen and sofa bed for one and a half, bathroom with window and shower. The apartment is completed by a large and pleasant terrace, partly covered, where you can have lunch or sunbathe. From the terrace you can see the sea. The house is cool because it is located in an area of Capo d'Arco that is always pleasantly breezy. The area, equipped with salt water pools on the cliffs, fresh water pools, private beach, mini-market, restaurant-self-service-pizzeria, tennis courts, five-a-side football, beach volleyball, concierge service, is also particularly suitable for long walks with lovely views and wonderful seabed snorkeling.
