Flat on the 2nd floor of a century old building. This flat has a view of the pines and the sea, it is on the top floor of the building with exposed beams. It is composed of two bedrooms with a view of the pine trees and the typical seaside villas of Pornichet, a bathroom with shower and private toilet. It is equipped with a full kitchen, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, cooking and serving equipment for 5 people. This accommodation is equipped with a washing machine. All rooms are air-conditioned and wifi is available throughout the flat. Access is via an outside staircase and offers an outside terrace common to this villa. A parking space is available as well as access to the spa-hammam, subject to availability, on request and with an extra charge.
