Clean, spacious, and comfy. Host was helpful and responsive. Two parking spots was convenient for guests. Only caution is the neighborhood is loud and party busy on event days.

There was a big party and loud music til late at a fraternity party down the street on Saturday night

Apartment itself wasnt bad. Confusing situation with the app to open gates and all. Wasnt aware there was a huge fraternity house across the street so with the late loud parties sleeping wasnt the best. Water was shut off to the unit for a day (no fault of the owner) and that threw a wrench into our plans as well. However, the owner did all they could and it was an experience we wont forget lol. I WISH I could give it 5 stars, because the property management deserves it, however, the location and water situation just wasnt for us. Probably would be no issue for younger renters though
