Update 6/1/24. The grass lot immediately East of the property is no longer grass. It is a gravel lot not and sometimes cars from the tavern park there, but have not caused any issues!

Bedroom #1 (Master): King Nectar bed w/ en suite bathroom. Electric fireplace
Bedroom #2: King Nectar bed
Bedroom #3: Queen Nectar bed, mini bunk beds (twin size)
Bedroom #4 (Den): Pullout couch (full size). This room is attached to the Master but has a door between the 2 rooms as well as it’s own door for entry from the hallway. See floor plan under listing photos.
*All rooms have lamps with built in USB A+C ports and one additional AC port. No more climbing around on the floor looking for outlets!

It was a very nice house. It worked great for the six of us and one dog.The way it was laid out worked really well. Everything we needed was there with good directions.

Location was great. Definitely liked the layout of the house. Separate room with toys for infant was especially nice for us. Bedrooms were roomy, kitchen was well equipped, and the large dinner table was perfect for our family of 6 (plus 1). We will most definitely be looking for availability on our future family visits to Grayland / Westport.

This property is exactly as advertised and the owners are communicative and accommodating with the little things thought of (highchair, kids silverware, shampoo, etc.) Could not be happier with our choice for our annual trip to Westport.
