Comfortable and in great location with secure parking

Large warm cozy apartment, very close for walking into the centre. Had all essentials needed
Unfortunately not owners fault but due to cars being parked either side of allocated space we could not fit in and had to pay £100 for parking close by. Drain in ensuite smelt badly, customer service team arranging for maintenance to check this out, along with washing machine which wasn't working. A new mattress in main bedroom would be recommended, very uncomfortable. Also lounge furniture could do with being replaced. Once these rectified, ideal apartment

The location is very convenient
There was no hot water and heater and we were made to wait 3/4 of the day for the gas engineer to fix it. In fact it was not fixed till 7pm at night. We had to wait around and couldn’t make use of the day to explore York
