    Always can count on Brass Door to accommodate whether it be in advance or a last minute thing. Always so friendly, patient, understanding. Love the owners here!

    Reserved on line through agora. Have conformation number but front desk said never received a reservation request. But..she was able to give me a room. 2 queen beds, I requested 1 king. No big deal. Non smoking, uhh the room was upstairs, and when I first opened looked ok. Except one pillow looked slept on. Odor in room was body odor not really pleasant. I talked to desk Clerk she found another room non smoking. Very strong musty smell. I left an unlit scented candle to hopefully give a better smell. Up on returning it was some better. Sprayed fabreeze all around... through room must have originally been a smoking room because it still smells of being smoked in. I'll be finding elsewhere to stay when I need a room in this area. The price was very inexpensive but not really worth the difference in quality.
