Location, size, layout

It was grubby. Plates covered in egf stains. Bowls with crusty cereal stuck on. Oven was disgusting Having a coffee out of a mug and a sliver of porcelain came off in my mouth. Could have been very nasty if I swallowed it.

Very well equipped, more than we expected, everything we needed and more

It’s no showstopper, but if the property can accommodate 8 people (7 of us) there was not enough seating when relaxing in the lounge area, one or two of us had to sit in the floor. We navigated around it so no issues, we just pulled up a chair or two from the dining room table.

The location. Apart from garage the property was clean and the kitchen was well equipped.

The outside space let the property down, the garden was poor with the grass well overdue a cut. The patio area was particularly bad with the patio overgrown with weeds. The garden furniture was not as shown in the photos, which I suspect are probably 10 years old, the furniture has been replaced with a cheaper and much smaller set of chairs which were uncomfortable to sit in. There were no cushions as the cushions available were clearly all from the previous life expired set and did not fit as they were much larger.
