La villa è molto grande e ospita comodamente 7/8 persone, gli spazi comuni sono ampi e spaziosi. I bagni (2) hanno il wc posizionato, come spesso in Francia, in una stanzetta separata. L'host è stato veramente molto disponibile e accogliente. La cucina è ben attrezzata con elettrodomestici nuovi: frigo maxi, forno, friggitrice ad aria, piano cottura, lavastoviglie. A piano terra è presente anche una lavatrice.
La struttura necessiterebbe di un po' di manutenzione, in particolare all'esterno dove vi sono, anche attorno all'area della piscina, mattoni, pietre e elementi da costruzione. La pulizia all'interno della casa era sufficiente, forse un po' migliorabile. Il suggerimento è di porre un po' più di cura.
