The location is great right alongside the lovely Manor Park and a short walk to good pubs and restaurants. The property is clean and tidy with enough space for a couple, or maybe 4, on a short stay.
The broadband is very poor. Low speed and a bit flakey.
The beds are small which as I am 6’4” meant it was not overly comfortable. The mattresses were also not firm enough for my liking but I appreciate this is personal preference. Manageable for a couple of nights but no more.
Finally there is no reference in the property details that there is no useable outside space, or even outside space at all. For those with dogs this means you have to take them out for a walk to do their business rather than being able to let them out into the garden. Not a huge issue but would be nice to know.

Cottage was clean, beds comfortable, hosts very helpful and friendly.
The Wi-Fi wasn't good, and the lovely French doors opened in to a wall which was a bit disappointing, the street outside was busy for parking and at night it's like a race course drivers speeding past
