Clear instruction was sent prior to arrival - keys easy to locate and no issue getting into the property.
Everything was spot on ---- the only thing (and a tiny thing) is that a toddler step in one of the bathrooms would have been useful. I really can't suggest or fault anything.

The property was absolutely immaculate. Everything was exactly as described and ideal for a large family stay. The table tennis table was a real hit and the outside space lovely for sitting. The location is ideal for visiting Leamington and the sea as well as venturing into the new forest.
