Great location, very modern, looks exactly like the photos. Great communication with host, Paula, who is very accommodating.
Fans were used in replace of aircon which we found to not be as efficient.

The accommodation is located in a building complex next to a busy road. You can hear the traffic noise, but it didn't bother us. The apartment itself (5th staircase, 2/B) is nice, modern, tastefully furnished, equipped and clean, and has its own parking space in the underground garage. Shops, restaurants and the beach are a 15-minute walk away, the center is a little further (40 minutes on foot), but easily accessible by public transport. We didn't meet the staff in person - except for Miriam on the first day, who gave us the keys - but they responded to all our request at once.
Overall, it's a good and beautiful place, we recommend it to others.
The only negative thing is that for some reason we couldn't use the pool, we reported this at the same time. They said that for reasons beyond the control of the hotel...

Pilar hat und empfangen und ist wirklich sehr schnell und sehr hilfsbereit auf unsere Anliegen eingegangen. Die Lage war gut, da fussläufig der Puerto Marina erreichbar war und viele Restaurants und Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe waren.
Die Gegend an sich war leider etwas runtergekommen. Der Poolbereich war nicht sauber und hatte keinerlei Sitzmöglichkeiten.
