About this apartment rental

Location: in the heart of the Poggio district of Ancona, a few kilometers from the splendid beaches of Portonovo and Sirolo. In a panoramic and strategic position to reach the center of Ancona by car and visit all the towns of the Conero Riviera.

Description: first floor of a recent private building with a large enclosed courtyard. Entrance to living room with sofa and dining table - new kitchen with dishwasher - master bedroom with double bed and single bed - bedroom with bunk bed - bedroom with double bunk bed - bathroom with tub and shower cubicle - second bathroom - large terrace on three sides with wonderful sea view.

Two reserved parking spaces inside the courtyard, pets not allowed.
