About this apartment rental
Eucalipto is a charming apartment with a 70s atmosphere located in a quiet and wonderful residence with an exclusive club that offers tennis courts, a swimming pool, a bar and a restaurant.
Ideal for those looking for private accommodation but at the same time wishing to have all the comforts of a more complex accommodation facility.
The apartment consists of a bedroom with bridge wardrobe, a bathroom with tub and a living room with open kitchen that overlooks a large balcony.
ACCESS TO THE CLUB
The Club is open from the beginning of June until the beginning of September (the precise dates are defined from year to year).
Access is free and is permitted upon presentation of the cards that you will find in the apartment.
Swimming pool, sunbeds(UNTIL SOLD OUT), umbrellas(UNTIL SOLD OUT), showers, changing rooms and tennis courts are free. Only the tennis courts need to be booked.
For a fee, a bar and restaurant are also available inside the hotel.
In case of loss of the membership card, 70 euros per card will be charged for the replacement of the same.
POSITION
The house is located less than 2 km from the historic center of Rapallo and very close to the highway.
A strategic position therefore both for visiting the city and the characteristic neighboring villages of Santa Margherita, Portofino and Camogli. While also Chiavari, Sestri Levante, the Cinque Terre and the City of Genoa can be reached quickly thanks to the motorway and railway connections.
Rapallo, thanks to its position in the area, is the ideal destination for those looking for a holiday dedicated to nature, culture and the sea.
In fact, with its medieval historic center it offers glimpses and details steeped in ancient history. Frescoes, arcades and carruggi integrate perfectly with all the comforts offered by a modern city.
