Modern apartment with 2 bedrooms and side sea view (1st floor, elevator), close to the shops of Koksijde. At 15m from the sea, Wifi and digital TV, pets are allowed, non-smokers. Layout Hall, living room with modern open kitchen, toilet, bathroom with shower, bedroom with a bunk bed, bedroom with a double bed.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
