A stunning two bedroom traditional lodge with an open plan lounge and dining area with doors to the decking. There is a double bedroom with French doors leading to the decking, a twin bedroom and shower room with a sauna. There is a well-equipped kitchen. Outside is a private decked area with a sunken hot tub and seating area, parking and electric charging point. The perfect base for a family holiday.

Had the most amazing stay at Holly Tree Lodges. Perfect location as only a 10 minute drive to York city centre whilst also being super quiet and peaceful - the best of both worlds. Very clean, comes with all the necessities, hot tub worked perfectly and a sauna being a fabulously unique addition. The only improvement I would recommend is the WiFi, although we did enjoy being tech-free for the ultimate relaxation, in the evening cozying up on the coach to watch a film was near impossible as the WiFi was constantly cutting out - we only used the WiFi for the TV to try reduce overloading however the signal was still very poor. Overall a fantastic little paradise and would definitely stay again.

Very clean with excellent hot tub and sauna, overall a great lodge. Very convenient location for access to York via park and ride, local bus or walking.We stayed off season and the price was very good.

Our four days at the Lodge were lovely and although it rain we enjoyed the Lodge and all the surrounding area.
