About this apartment rental
Residenza del Bravo is a large luxury apartment with several terraces, located in the village of Impruneta, on the outskirts of Florence. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building without a lift, and is spread over 2 levels (main floor + attic).
It can accommodate up to 6 people, has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. Air conditioning is present in the common areas and in two bedrooms. Some windows have mosquito nets. Pets are not allowed. Each bedroom boasts a private bathroom and a wardrobe.
Internally, the property is characterized by classic Tuscan style furnishings with antiques and precious accessories.
On the main floor guests will be welcomed by a large and bright open-space living area, elegantly furnished with sofas (including a double sofa bed), armchairs, fireplace, tv, bookcase, carpets, and direct access to a terrace. Following is a large dining room (with 2 tables and fireplace), and a small sitting room with two sofas, bookcase and tv.
Then you will find a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with: refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, and microwave.
Also on this level there is a laundry room (with washing machine and access to a terrace), and a bathroom with shower.
The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, both featuring a private bathroom with shower and bathtub (including a hot tub). One of the bedrooms also has a terrace with a small table and some chairs.
The attic floor is made up of a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, and a small roof terrace.
Near the apartment (about 100 m away) there is a large free uncovered parking.

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; house maintenance.
Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (150.00€); heating upon consumption during winter months. Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 300.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.

Fabulous home! Its setting and contents were outstanding! Like a museum, each room was formally decorated with antiques, wonderful artwork adorning every wall, oriental rugs throughout, marble laden bathrooms, and a picturesque view of the church tower and surrounding landscape from the balcony! The galley kitchen worked for us with its gas stove and dishwasher features. It is a home completely stocked with food staples, etc. Some guidance as to what guests are welcome to access and use or to leave as is and not use would be beneficial for guests in the future.

The apartment was far more than we needed so next time we can bring family members. Impruneta was a wonderful little village. Every morning we walked down to the piazza to get excellent pasticceria and coffee. Just like the locals! Florence was not too tough to reach but you probably need a car to get there. One of our favorite things was just driving around the Tuscan countryside, all the hills and sharp turns. Enchanting!

We enjoyed our time, the apartment is very large. Lots of rooms so we could spread out (there were 6 of us). It has an incredible amount of paintings/artwork, almost felt like a museum. The beds were comfortable and lots of bathrooms. Location was great as we did day trips to Florence, Siena & Lucca. Grocery store was a 10 min walk and the town square was a 5 min walk. Lots of activity in the town during the evening, great little shops, bakery. Nice farmers market on Saturday in the town square.
