I returned to Fayetteville after being away for almost 15 years and visited close friends. This house was absolutely PERFECT for everything we needed! It’s actually larger than it appears online. It was super clean, the neighbors were nice, it had a great, grassy corner lot perfect for pets…and the walkability was just what we were looking for. Close to campus, the square, and Dickson St! I’ll def stay again when I return.

My friends and I came in town for homecoming weekend and this was the perfect place! It was walking distance from Dickson and the Fayetteville square! The house was very cute and safe! Highly recommend staying here!

My sister and I stayed for four nights and would have extended our stay if the property had been available. We are older Fayetteville natives and the location near the square and Dickson St was absolutely perfect. It’s pet friendly so my dog and I enjoyed long walks all over the neighborhood every day. The front porch was perfect for having coffee in the morning and passerbys were so friendly. We ran out of time and didn’t do all we had planned so we are hoping for a return trip in the spring

We absolutely loved our two night stay here. The house is immaculate, the beds are super comfy and the location can't be beat. Weston is a wonderful host, sending details early and making himself available throughout the weekend.
