Great luxury and spacious apartment (penthouse) with an excellent view over the Zell am See lake closely located to the center of the village. Apartment at the 4th floor (elevator is present) does have modern electric equipment, large kitchen and living room with seats, 3 bedrooms (one bedroom with a bathroom en suite ) including a separate 2nd bathroom, while downstairs there is a nice sauna facility. Do not hesitate to rent it!

We had some light bulbs which needed changing and this was attended too very promptly. One minor improvement would be to offer 2 keys not one. Biggest issue was the car parking space for number 18 being very tight even with sliding doors vehicle. The property could easliy fit a shower attachment to the bathroom to make that in effect 2 showers.
The terrace is great and catches the sun even in mid February. It is close to the road but most of the time there was a southbound traffic jam due to the tunnel closure so the noise was ok and it didnt detract from the visual experience which is spectacular. The noise is blocked completely if all windows are closed but then it does get very stuffy if you are used to a draughty British house!
