This charming family accommodation, recently renovated in March 2023, offers exceptional qualities for you to enjoy at any time of the year. Located just a few minutes by car from the centre of Alhaurín el Grande, it places you close to the main roads that connect with points of interest in the province of Málaga: Caminito del Rey, beaches, the centre of Málaga with its museums and gastronomy, all in less than an hour.
The fully fenced plot guarantees privacy and security, with an automatic gate that allows parking inside. You will love the rural and quiet environment, especially the private swimming pool surrounded by artificial grass and fixed umbrellas, perfect for sunbathing or resting in the shade while the children have fun. Near the pool you will find an auxiliary bathroom with a shower tray, ideal for outdoor use. In addition, the covered gas barbecue area and a porch with removable awnings offer pleasant spaces to enjoy in any season, isolating you from the cold or wind if necessary.
Upon entering, you are greeted by a living-dining room with a sofa and Smart TV for you to enjoy your favourite series or movies The independent kitchen, fully equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer, is designed to facilitate the preparation of family meals. It has a non-exit door with a protective fence for greater child safety, in addition to providing ventilation and natural light.
The accommodation has air conditioning in all rooms except the kitchen, guaranteeing a comfortable rest during your stay. With three bright bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds, it offers space and order for your luggage. This villa is absolutely amazing! It is even more beautiful than in the photos! The pool area is clean and there is beautiful view to the mountains. Beds and pillows are really comfortable. Especially loved the bathroom, which had door to the pool, really handy! Location is really nice, you can easily also walk to the supermarket and restaurants, if you want. We have stayed in several villas in this area, but this has been definitely the best, can't wait to book it again! Owners are also easy to contact, if you need anything.

We stayed for 1 week as a family of 4 with two young children and absolutely loved it!The Villa is set in a beautiful and peaceful part of Alhaurin El Grande overlooking the mountains. It really was an amazing to wake up every morning in such a setting.The pictures don’t do the villa justice, especially outside. So much space for the kids to play and enjoy themselves and the pool was brilliant and clean. I would advise hiring a car, especially if you have children as the 15 minute walk into town is up some steep hills. Once you’re there it a lovely bustling Spanish town with everything that you need. You are also 30 minutes away from Benalmadena, Malaga, Fuengirola if you want to explore. Our host was exceptional and we would definitely come back here again.
