Kitchenette in the living room / bedroom as intersecting room, 20 sqm and with dinette, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 2 plates), exhaust hood, refrigerator (150 l, freezer), microwave and electric water boiler. Access is via a mountain road (asphalted, length 250 m). Parking is available on the property.
