our host was very friendly and accommodating, the place is in a nice and quiet location in derby, with its own door. only a 3 minute walk to the nearest store and lots of small businesses around just 5 minutes walk. the bed is very comfortable, there’s Netflix and more on the tv. all in all we enjoyed our stay.
we did have some difficulties during our stay nothing that troubled us much but might do others. the biggest problem we had, was that the cooking plate did not work. We were quickly given a small portable cooking plate which we got good use out of, there was one day the shower had no hot water but only warm and there was one day we lost all power but luckily we were just on our way out the door when it did and we were not bother by this and it was working when we came back home later the day.
